This past Sunday, two little girls from my congregation (who often sit a few feet away from me) presented me with two “rubber band bracelets” they made. I put them on my wrist and gave them each a big hug.

They soon ran off to junior church and later I went to the pulpit to minister the Word of God, still wearing their bracelets.  I may have looked a little funny (or a lot?) wearing them in front of all the adults, but I wouldn't trade those special moments for anything!

This is just one of the 10,000+ things I am thankful for!
